What is Mindfulness Meditation? Mindfulness is a big thing. It’s the idea that becoming more mindful – focusing on the present – can help the mind find a place of quiet calm – and with continual practice, one can train the brain to change its relationship with the “traffic” of the mind, and to be able to “watch” this traffic without getting too involved in the internal chatter that is behind most negative cycles.
How Mindfulness Meditation Works Mindfulness meditation builds on the ancient meditation rituals of the Buddhist Monks; and who can argue that any one of them looks stressed! Mindfulness meditation has been clinically proven to produce significant physical changes in the brain, when practiced regularly (daily is best) for a small amount of time, from a few minutes to about 10-15-20 minutes on average, anything you can manage. The key is regularity.

My Feedback On Headspace I am currently on day 23 of the Headspace journey, and I am finding it very useful indeed. I have meditated before, but having a set routine to follow has been extremely valuable. After all, I have found that in most cases persistence is the key to achievement. That’s what I like the most – being able to re-train my thought patterns to actually avoid the stress, before it becomes an issue and takes over.
My Feedback On Headspace Abstract: Personally, I have experienced a fair amount of anxiety as a result of what I have been through, however I have found my own ways to rationalise all of this. At the same time, I have been also been going through 2 hard years of stress with work related issues, which has resulted in ongoing stress at a less than ideal time.
My Feedback On Headspace I recommend meditating in the morning, so that you can set your mind up to be more present for the day ahead, before any other clutter. This way you'll get the most out of your mindfulness training. We can then start to experience peace, calm and happiness more often.
