What is the Story behind Katyayani Devi

There is an old Banyan tree at the entry of the important haven which is seen as a Kalpa Vriksha (Wishing Tree). Darlings tie radiant strings and bangles on the branches of this tree and make their wants. The katyayani Temple has one all the more sacred place of Goddess Durga which is open for the darlings from morning to night.
