  1. Tips to fight Exhaustion during Pregnancy Pregnancy is no easy task. It is a full-time job—possibly alongside any other full-time job you may already have. If you're a mama-to-be, you can surely relate to the exhaustion that hits you hard, especially during the first trimester. But for some, it can be a growing frustration throughout the months. And this isn't the regular kind of tired you feel after a long day as you struggle to get through your day awake. But while it might be genuinely difficult going to work or taking care of other kids, just know that being exhausted during pregnancy is totally normal. Being tired is actually a good sign, since (like nausea) it indicates that your pregnancy hormones are circulating and your body is hard at work helping your baby grow. So, if fatigue is slowing you down, remember it is a pause, not a permanent stop. The good news is that you can increase your energy levels with a few simple steps, Ways to Fight Pregnancy Exhaustion 1. Follow an easy-to-digest, energizing Diet A satisfying, nutritious and anti-inflammatory diet is vital to fight against pregnancy fatigue. If you're a breakfast, lunch, and dinner kind of person, consider eating smaller, more frequent meals as keeping your stomach full can help avert nausea. There's a surge in your emotions through your mind, which can make you feel overwhelmed. So it is best to kick back and relax even though you might need to adjust your schedule and cancel plans occasionally, and that’s perfectly OK!
