  4. Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris • More C&D in WI than residential, municipal solid waste • Approx 1/3 of WI MSW is C&D • Nationally, the EPA estimates that 136 million tons of C&D debris are generated each year • Relatively clean, high-value materials • Interest and activity growing
