  2. Sample • Single particle ( m or p forced to decay) • Selection efficiency studied for • NPar ≤ 5 (reject events with hadronic activity) • Number of EF reconstructed (and combined) tracks in ID and MS equal to 1

  3. Applied selection (ordered) • Study done on mu4 threshold • Trk_d0 ≤ 0.2 • Trk_numberOfPixelHits ≥ 3 • Trk_numberOfBLayerHits > 0 • Trk_numberOfSCTHits ≥ 6 • Trk_pt * tm_ptirmu – 1 ≤ 0.267 • tm_chi2matchcb ≤ 20

  4. Effect on p sample pT distribution before and after cuts Accepted fraction after cuts p pT Rejected 1/3 of the events p pT

  5. Effects on m sample Efficiency after cuts ~15% of m rejected
