COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE Michael Fung Kee Fung, Cancer Care Ontario Megan Harris, Alzheimer Knowledge Exchange Liz Lusk, Seniors Health Research Transfer Network Communities of practice are increasingly being used as a strategy to engage audiences for the purpose of knowledge creation and exchange. Three different experiences of building and maintaining communities of practice will be shared. The panel will provide insight into the barriers and facilitators, challenges and lessons learned.
