FARR Yacht Designers have teamed with the RYA to provide a once only chance to taste the thrill of Ocean Sail Racing Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Club, the host venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing events, will host the FARR 45 Regatta This chance of a lifetime is designed to support the 2012 Olympic Sailing hopefuls. Each sailor is charged with crewing their nominated Farr 45 by offering you the chance to purchase a berth aboard. All proceeds will go to the sailor by way of sponsorship and will support their quest to become the Olympic Athlete who will represent Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics

Sailor: Beth Williamson Discipline: Windsurfing ID: GBR 36 RSVP: beth_518@hotmail.com 07989139230 FARR 45Sailing Regatta • Farr 45 Yacht Designers are providing the boats FOC for the event and there will even be a core crew to assist you and 8 other hopefuls • The boats are fully kitted to make the best of the weather on the day as you sail from Weymouth Harbour and out into the English Channel to test your skills and endurance against the elements • Following a hearty breakfast (you may need it!) and the morning safety briefing you will be skilfully guided through the design and logistics on board the boat The sailor is charged with crewing the boat and is permitted to receive a donation of sponsorship from each crew member in this case it is £250 corporate and £150 individual which will contribute to their commitments to training, competition and equipment costs.
