Preliminary Design Considerations for OTV Arbitrary Payload • The Falcon 9-Heavy is 6% cheaper than the Falcon 9 by cost per mass to LLO, but the Falcon 9H option may be ruled out for technical reasons. • The team should focus analysis on the Falcon 9, but can’t rule out Falcon 9H yet.
