How to Take Control and Learn Math • Self-Esteem 1. When I do well at something, I am going to congratulate myself. 2. I am going to stop procrastinating and blaming others for my problems 3. When I fail at something, I am not going to blame myself but find out how to be more successful the next time. 4. I will not worry about what others think of me. 5. I will do something I like to do, at least one day per week.
6. I will keep a “To Do” list, and I will feel good about myself when marking off each completed item. How to Take Control and Learn Math 7.
