BackgroundBusiness Challenges • No ability to track the Academic Personnel (AP) process across organizational boundaries • No electronic official “historical record” • Duplicate data entry (4X) • Difficult to enforce campus deadlines (1500 reviews/year) • Complex appointments are increasing (joints/splits)
