  3. Quelques chiffres……………. Nombre de projets EUROSTARS financés en Alsace: . 9 Des partenaires Alsaciens: 7 PME, 1 CRIIT, 2 Universités et… 3 sous traitants PME. Une assiette R&D globale des projets: 8,7 millions d’Euros. Des partenariats avec l’Autriche (3), la Suisse (3), l’Allemagne (2) la République Tchèque (1) et la Norvège (1) Des projets dans des domaines aussi différents que les matériaux et les procédés de fabrication, les dispositifs médicaux, les biotechnologies, les transports, les Technologies de l’information et de la communication,…..

EUROSTARS: http://www.eurostars-eureka.eu/ • Programmes dédiés aux PME de haute technologie (dépensant au moins 10% de leur budget ou CA en R&D – PME Eurostars) • Développement de produits/ Procédés / Services à forte valeur ajoutée • Nombre minimum de partenaires: 2 dans 2 pays différents participants au programme • Ex de projet: systèmes d’aide à l’apprentissage de la conduite, procédé de fabrication de composites, dispositif médical destiné à optimiser la prise de médicaments,….

EUROSTARS: les règles de base • Projet coordonné par une PME EUROSTARS • Le budget des PME EUROSTARS représente au moins 50% du budget total du projet • Répartition du budget entre partenaires et pays ne doit pas dépasser un ratio 75/25 • Les PME sont financées sous forme de subvention (en France – 40% du couts éligibles) • Les laboratoires sont finançables en France (100% des couts additionnels) mais avec un plafond de financement de 100 000 euros.

  7. Project TRACECARD Objective: The project aims to develop pan-European methods and tools for effective drivers training solutions. Through an association of SME's with complementary competence provide a step change opportunity in line with recent research on how traffic competence should be taught. Consortium: 2 Norwegian EUROSTARS SMEs (DPS, TPS), one French SME (AEMO) and two laboratories (UHA in France and SINTEF in Norway) Duration: 36 months Budget: 1 798 200 Euros

  8. Project ALTHERAS Objective: . The objective of this project is to develop a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) by implementing a rate-controlled systemic drug delivery mechanism to enable significant improvement in the individual medication of Alzheimer patients. Consortium: One EUROSTARS SME in Alsace (RHENOVIA) and one EUROSTARS SME in Switzerland (PORTMAN). One German research institute involved as subcontractor. Duration: 3 years Budget: 913000 Euros

Project DILISCREEN Objective: The aim of the project carried out by two smes is to develop, validate and market diliscreen AT, a novel screening tool that uses cryopreserved human hepatocytes (CryoHeps) from single donors or pooled to predict drug induced liver injury in vitro. Consortium: Two EUROSTARS SMEs, KaLyCell (France), Parmacelsus (Germany). Duration: 24 months Budget: 832620 Euros

  10. Project CCLW Objective: The project aims to develop a laser welding system able to acquire process relevant information from different sensors. The acquired process data is shared between multiple welding stations in order to improve their process monitoring and control capabilities. Consortium: 1 German EUROSTARS SMEs (PRECITEC), one French Technological Tranfert center (IREPA) and one German University (Technische Universitat Munchen) Duration: 32 months Budget: 716 600 Euros
