  3. Fund transfer • Release of grant from center in the form of single installment to DRDA/State • UC of first installment should not eb the condition rather 60% completion of current year target should be the basis for the release in subsequent year. • DBT implementation

  4. AWAASOFT • Convergence monitoring – NREGA, NBA, RGGVY • Decentralization of Authority for correction-DRDA/CEO • Link AWAAS soft with eFMS • Option for uploading house site and up gradation • Fund transfer mode should be state specific. Options should be made available

  5. Application of Rural technology • Various cost effective models should be shared through workshop at regional or state level…. • Authority for approval
