1. AT&T Government Solutions Employee Referral Program AT&T has established an Employee Referral Program (ERP) for Government Solutions. This program provides cash incentives for specific, hard-to-fill positions. This program is managed by the Government Solutions Staffing Department.

Eligibility Requirements for Employees and Candidates
All active employees of AT&T, Inc. and their family of companies are eligible to make employee referrals. Exceptions are:
Officers of the company.
A manager is not eligible for a bonus award if the new employee is hired to a position under their supervision.
Management peers working in the same reporting structures may not receive bonuses for employees hired in the same division (managers reporting to the same Level 3 Manager who are peers).
HR and Staffing/Recruiting employees are not eligible to submit referrals.
Individuals involved in the hiring process, i.e., interviewing, testing and selecting candidates are not eligible to participate (even if they excused themselves from involvement in the candidate they referred).
The following restrictions will apply to candidates submitted :
Employees will not be awarded bonuses for referring members of their immediate family (spouses and children).
Candidate is not a current employee, non-active, temporary, term, occasional or contract personnel
Candidate is not a former employee or contractor who has left AT&T within the past six (6) months
Candidate is not involved or has not participated in special hiring programs (e.g., Summer Management, Program, Summer Intern, Marketing Leadership, and Leadership Development Programs, etc.)
Candidate has not submitted a resume/application for employment with AT&T or any of its subsidiaries in the past six (6) months (examples: College Recruiting, Internet Search Firms, Career Fair, and External Website submissions)
Candidate is not in the recruitment and/or hiring process. Recruitment and hiring process consists of candidate screening, testing, assessment interviews, and/or pending job offer

The recruiting department will evaluate all new requisitions and, where appropriate, recommend an ERP bonus with supporting rationale to the appropriate Executive Director.
Referral payments will range form $1,000 to $8,000 depending on the difficulty of fill. For positions exceeding $2,500 in bonus award, the business unit VP must approve the payment.
A referral bonus amount may be recommended or adjusted at any point in the life-cycle of the requisition.
The applicable business unit will pay the bonus award.
The current referral bonus amount by position will be listed in the Weekly Report of Open Requisitions distributed by the Government Solutions Staffing Department.
Referral Process
Only candidates submitted using the email or fax procedure (below) to the Government Solutions Staffing Department will be considered. The Staffing Department will present all referral candidates to a manager for consideration after an approved position is opened. A referral must precede its presentation to a manager; an employee cannot be credited with a referral after it has been presented to the manager.
Employees must complete a copy of the AGS Employee Referral Form which, along with a copy of the candidates resume, will be either emailed or faxed:

All submittals will be date stamped and managed in a data base by the recruiting department. Resumes will also be delivered to the applicant tracking system.
Candidates submitted directly to a manager or to a recruiter will not be considered
Bonus Payment Process
Employees will be notified of bonus eligibility at the time the referral is hired. There will be no communication with the employee prior to this notification.
Bonus payments will made in full at the 3 month anniversary of the referrals start date.
Government Solutions staffing will be responsible for managing all ERP payouts. Referral bonuses will be paid using a special payment request (SPR for t and SPEAR for S). AT&T Government Solutions Employee Referral Program
