Mid-South Chapter Goals • Provide education and networking through F2F and virtual venues • Host Monthly Chapter Meetings (10 meetings/yr) • Conduct one meeting/quarter outside of HSV • Conduct Monthly Officers Meeting • Government and Commercial focus • Grow Membership • 2013: From 18 to 36 • 2014: From 36 to 72 • 2015: From 72 to 144 • Grow Corporate Sponsorships • 2013: From 0 to 5 • 2014: From 5 to 10 • 2015: From 10 to 15 • Establish partnerships with Universities & Associations • e.g., UAH, FIT, Vanderbilt, PMI, NCA • Create, maintain, and grow a professional Chapter Website • Broaden awareness of APMP by issuing at least one Press Release per quarter

Survey Results (continued) Every couple of months I just joined APMP in May. I signed up for the Mid-South chapter. Hasn't been a meeting yet. Once per quarter Every month that I’m in town. I just joined, so I haven't attended one yet. When they’re in Nashville As often as I can, usually one a quarter. My goal is monthly. 3-4 times a year Fairly Often Attending the first one in June Several times a year as often as i can
Survey Results (continued) Q3. If you don't attend Chapter Meetings often, what prevents you from attending? Not a Member When I don't attend it is due to my travel. Family or work conflicts Will not be able to attend the first meeting because it is at night. Additionally it would be via webinar for a fee for me, which is not terribly appealing. Last one in Nashville was a schedule conflict. Other meetings haven't been interesting. Distance to the meeting Client travel, vacations I live in Nashville, so I am hoping that some meetings will be held here in addition to Huntsville. They're mostly held in Huntsville Out of town for work Time and location driving distance- I'm in Decatur and Huntsville is best for me. Business Travel Needs to be in the Huntsville area work schedule

Networking is a big factor in my decision to join and participate. While posting to the public web would not be a good idea, I'd like to have access to a full contact list of our members. members names and occupations less clutter looks great
