  2. Facilities • Want high spatial resolution on nuclei, ~1 arcsec or better; ΔV<30 km/s; 1 mJy or better • Short term: ALMA, APEX, CCAT • Long term: FIRI, SPICA, Millimetron

  3. CO J=16-15 at 1841 GHz (0.16 mm)CO J=27-26 at 2984 GHz (0.10 mm) redshifted into ALMA window (τ<1 if J>10)
