Project Title Project Personnel, Division School, Location Abstract Results Conclusion/Intervention This will be the largest section of your poster. Arrange your results in a logical order to according to the points you want to get across. Use tables, graphs, and charts to illustrate findings. You do not need 4 data tables, although you need at least 1. You may write about your results the way you did for your paper and include a table. This section is usually more a conclusion with discussion and summary of major findings. Recap the results and how they fit the hypothesis, emphasizing only the major points. You will also include your intervention in this section including: -Type of intervention -Why you chose that type -The steps you will need to take to complete your intervention Abstract Introduction This section will be short and composed mostly of a hypothesis or reasons for the research. Study background information for a poster is usually kept to a minimum Sources Chart 1 Title Chart 2 Title Methods This section can be a smaller font, especially if there are several papers to cite. Include a brief description of methods and analytical methods used to address your research question(s). Acknowledgements If your work is funded, indicate the source here. Also, if other faculty, staff, or students assisted you but are not co-authors, they can be mentioned here.
