  4. Field Change Report • EFC Critical Field Link now located on the top of the Field Change Report. • Identifies those ISIR fields that impact the EFC

  5. 2007-2008 Message Class Updated

  6. PDF Report Output Option Removed • PDF Report Output Option Removed on the Standard Report Filters page. • PDF report output option is still available to generate ad-hoc reports

  7.   11. Access and Run a Shared Report • Click on Shared Reports • Select a School • Select Custom Reports • Reports will be displayed

  12. Elect to Share the Report NOTE: Select Share Report

  13. Access and Save a Shared Report • Select Report • Select Save As My Report • Re-Name Report • Select Okay

  14. Word to the wise …. • If you save a shared report: INDEPENDENT students who had an EFC change and were Pell Ineligible, but wanted to look at Dependentstudents who had an EFC Change and were Pell Eligible – What would you have to do to the saved shared report?

  15. MODIFY the Shared Report • Always review a shared report you chose to save to ensure that is capturing everything you want to analyze or determine if you need to modify it.
