TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills) • State Standards for Science are aligned with National Standards, which have traditionally been determined by teacher led organizations like National Science Teachers Association (http://www.nsta.org) and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (http://www.nctm.org).
