  1. Mrs. Parsons’ WeeklyNews Reminders *Yearbooks will be handed out on Friday. Buy yours today! *Yogurt will only be served twice a week – Tuesdays/Fridays for the remainder of the year. The Soup/Salad station will no longer be offered. *First Grade Awards will be May 29 at 8:45 am. *Field Day for K-2 will be June 4th from 8:30-11:00. *June 4, 5, 6 are Half Days. Students will be dismissed at noon. *June 6th is the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! May 19, 2014 Book Swap this Friday Bring a book from home that you would like to TRADE for a different book. Bring it to the Science lab Friday, May 23, 2014 before 8:00am. We’ll give you a ticket good for your choice of a free book from the collection of books brought in by other DC friends. You may bring up to 5 books, and you’ll get 5 trading tickets. Books should be in good condition. Do not bring books with torn pages or books that have coloring or writing. Check with your parents first to get their approval for the books you bring to trade. You’ll come back after lunch to trade. This will give all of us a chance to share some good books and get some new ones for summer reading pleasure! Questions?
