  6. Holistic Approach • We believe that through the lessons learned in soccer, we will help to develop essential life skills in our players that will be valuable for their future. • We aim to develop players with excellent people skills, self respect, confidence, resilience and a desire for self improvement

  19. Our Teams-Playing Time=Fair/Earned U11-U12 U13-U16 A ½ system is in place: First ½ is fair playing time (not equal)—learn and develop and gain experience Second ½ is solidifying and developing cohesion/chemistry—min 30% (U13-U14) and min 25% (U15-U16). Every player plays as experience is essential. If you want more work to earn it. Play-offs are about team success so playing will be based upon the coach’s decision and the players’ development over the season. A 1/3 system is in place: • First 1/3 is fair playing time (not equal)—a chance to learn and develop • Second 1/3 is solidifying a scale—min 35% of total game time • Final 1/3 is about cohesion and chemistry—min 35% of total game time • Every player plays and plays every position as experience is vital to development • If you want more playing time work to earn it.
