  1. If there is a person who is revered by his team mates, it is RaffiKhorchidian. He understands the true meaning of leadership. Being a leader is not about distributing tasks among the subordinates, it is about taking them along. It is about understanding everyone’s needs and accommodating them to create a balance.

  2. It doesn’t mean ignoring someone’s needs and giving priority to others. Teamwork is about balance and stability. Leveraging your team’s strength is not an easy task. It is not everyone’s cup of tea. Only a true leader can manage to do that like Raffi Khorchidian. Lack of understanding of the team or an individual can lead to losses in terms of both time and money.
