General Webinar FAQ • If you have a question please use the question box and we will try to go over them at the end. • We will be recording this webinar and will have it available on the help site for viewing in the future. http://help.ultrivalms.com/ • We plan on hosting additional webinars at this time on the 3rd Thursday of every month. The next webinar will be November 21thand we will cover some of the Excel Reports • We are doing the demos in Ultriva Version 7.5 and higher.

Ultriva Reports – Supplier Performance • Supplier Performance • Track the On Time performance of the suppliers based on Shipment Accuracy or Receipt Accuracy • You can see if all supplier items are consistent or if there are issues with specific items • Use the Report to help determine Safety Stock

Ultriva Reports – Red Item Analysis • Red Item Analysis • Buyer generally needs to take action on the RED Items • Determine where the problem is - increasing demand or if there are late shipments • Late Deliveries will show the late orders, next expected delivery, when you will stock out • Increasing Demand will show the increased usage, cards that should be added, and days until stock out

  7. Ultriva Reports – Card Aging • Card Aging Report • Analyze how long cards have been in a particular status (Generally On Hand - Aged more than N Days) • Helps to locate lost cards and how well FIFO is being managed

Reports – Cycle Time • Cycle Time Report • Compares actual lead time set in Ultriva with the supplier manufacturing lead time and actual transit time with transit time set in Ultriva • Suggestions will be provided if Lead Time and/or Transit Time needs to be analyzed further • You can drill down to the card level to see if all cards are cycled at the same rate
