  3. SR Summary As of October 20, 2009 • PPSS Projects Scheduled • 248 Projects Scheduled • PPSS Projects Unscheduled • 73 Projects Under Review (including on hold projects) • PPSS Projects on Hold • 19 Projects on Hold

  4. Schedule Release Improvements • New FRD (Pilot) • NFC to assign Resource/Project Owner to be Primary POC • Collaboration between PPSPS (Policy), SRB, ADD, PPOD, PAD, and User Groups when warranted) • Contains Proposed Pay Period • Agency FRD Checklist • Participation in UATS • Testing Requirements

GESD Project Review Team • GESD Project Review Team Meeting • Discuss Unscheduled SCR’s • PPSPS, SRB, and GESD Staff Office will Lead • Analyze and Clarify Requirements with Requestor • Rough Order of Magnitude (within 2 weeks) • Proposes FRD Completion Dates • Completes Project Assessment Checklist (PAC) and FRD • Applications Development Directorate • Once FRD is completed, Assigns SCR to a SR Placeholder
