SR Improvements • PCO/GESD Project Review Team • Expand Impact Assessment • NFC to assign Resource/Project Owner to be Primary POC • More analysis up front from the pertinent parties • Bring in PPSPS (Policy) and/or User Groups when warranted • Examine Other Divisions and/or Operational Impact • Expand on Security/Section 508 Assessment • Quick turnaround of ROM estimates • Further Promote Agency Payback Analysis

SR Improvement Conclusions • Project Review Team (PRT) and Customer Board Support Needed • Majority of the After Database Change (ADBC) Projects Implemented and/or Scheduled • Number of Projects per SR to remain consistent • Analysis of Agency/NFC Project Priorities seem to be in alignment • As of 8/14/2009 - No outstanding schedule/priority conflicts • Further Promote NFC’s Improved Customer Management Processes
