  1. Job Modelling • Job Modelling is a process where job experts define success for a particular job and the personal characteristics that lead to success. • What does job modelling involve? • We have an online job modelling platform that gathers and synthesises the data into a model of the successful performer, prioritising which of our methods are best suited to predict candidate job performance. • What are the benefits of job modelling? • Job modelling ensures the relevance, speed and predictive power of assessment solutions. It ensures that your assessment solution is effective and focused for the particular role. • Research consistently finds higher predictive validity for assessment methods that begin with a careful job analysis or job modelling process. • This job modelling technique is simple, easy to use and cost-effective.

  2. Job Modelling • Optimised for accuracy with maximum legal defensibility • After conducting stages 3 and perhaps 4, we put through at least 100 current performers through the assessment and match them up with their performance ratings • Comprehensive and Specialised • After completing step 3, this stage provides an extra level of detail to define what successful performers do differently • There are five levels of job modelling that can be implemented depending on the level of depth required and the complexity of the role.
