1. Debit Card lowest foreign Currency mark-up campaign Terms & Conditions: •This Offer ('Offer') from 'RBL Bank' is open to select Cardholder/s holding a valid and active RBL Bank International Debit Card ('Card') •"Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of RBL Bank, holding a Card. •"Card" shall mean a VISA /MasterCard International Debit Card, which has been issued by RBL Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period. •“International Spends” shall mean all purchase transaction on any international website/mobile application or at any international merchant Point of Sale terminal for making payment against purchase of any product or services , and ATM cash withdrawal at any international location by a Cardholder, during Offer period,. For this, Bank will consider transactions done between 0 Hrs. to 24 Hrs. IST. •"Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 1st day of May 2019(00:00 Hours) to 30thSeptember’2019 (23:59 Hours) unless extended by RBL Bank during which the Offer can be availed by the Cardholder(s). •As part of the offer, Card member shall be levied the ZERO foreign currency fee instead of 3.5% charged by the banks on all spends made in foreign currency during the ‘offer period’. •Eligible purchases need to be in foreign currency, i.e. non INR transactions made using Dynamic Currency Conversion i.e. where the billing currency for international purchase has been opted as INR will not qualify as eligible transaction. •This Offer is made available to the select Cardholder at the sole discretion of RBL Bank. •The offer will only be valid on International Spends in foreign currency i.e. all purchases made in foreign currency including purchases made on international websites online as well as merchant locations abroad. •The Offer will be valid on ATM cash withdrawal at international location by a Cardholder however bank charges of the ATM service provider internationally will be applicable and will not be part of the offer. •Returned purchases/transactions, disputed and/or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, fees/charges will not be considered for this offer. •All decisions of RBL Bank about eligibility of Cardholder for benefits under this Programme are final, absolute and binding on all Cardholder. •Cardholder are requested to ensure and update latest mobile number and registered e-mail ID to receive periodic communication related to this offer. 2. •Standard RBL Bank Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) shall govern this Offer. Standard Terms & Conditions •Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. •This Offer is a standalone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of RBL Bank in any manner, or form. • The foriegn currency markup is derived from the network reported markup rate. Please note there may be variances versus rates published by various websites / other banks. •Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against RBL BANK. This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law •Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made available purely on a 'best effort basis'. •All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed through email to customercare@rblbank.com •In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of RBL Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. •All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. •The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. •These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
