This has therefore created a number of challenges which the LSP needs to manage • Scale and Complexity – need to provide solutions that cover all requirements, support national standards and ensure continuity of service • National Vision versus Local Requirements – regional and site variations in care provision • Secondary Care Solution Availability • GP Choice – how will this be delivered, supported and how will this evolve as the LSP solutions develop over time • Clinician Engagement – need input at design stage, through deployment and as users post go-live

  5. The vision for CfH is that LSP solutions will ultimately converse via the Spine, and make information available to support the clinician
