Lynne Viker Director of Teaching and Learning Results • Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment scores lead state averages • ACT scores increase to 25.2 average while number of students taking exam increased by 40 students • Mahtomedi High School named as one of America’s Best High Schools by Newsweek and U.S. News for 2011 and 2012 • Engineering extra curricular participation increase from 17 to 70 students for Robotics Team • Mahtomedi High School enrollment in engineering courses increased from 16 to 495 students • Mahtomedi High School graduates declaring engineering as career choice doubled in the past two years to almost 60 students

Lynne Viker Director of Teaching and Learning Results • High School All American Rocketry Team grew from two to five teams earning national recognition • Elementary engineering curriculum embedded in all grades • Secondary engineering curriculum embedded in grades 6, 7, and 9 • Female high school students completing engineering courses increased from 2 to 192 • Summer camp and academy registration of 356 elementary students for 2012
