Personal Background Information • Temple University - Bachelors of Business Administration • Gwynedd-Mercy College - Certification: Elementary & Special Education - Enrolled in the Masters Reading Program w/ Reading Specialist Certification • Married – 9 Years • Child – Kayla (16 Months Old) • Interests: Best Buddies, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Camping, Nutrition, & Reading

  3. The Basis and Purpose of Our Program • Receptive and expressive language which includes social language (pragmatics) and social skills

  4. Program Of Studies For Kindergarten • Trophies: (Regular Education Curriculum) • Phonemic Awareness (rhyme, phoneme: isolation, matching, deletion, substitution, onset-rime blending • Letter-Forms (upper & lower case) • Sound-Letter Relationships (phonics) • High-Frequency Vocabulary
