This is not an instant process, it happens gradually.

  3. Bring following changes in your habits 1. Switch off your TV, radio, and phone. 2. Initially study for only 20-30 minutes. Thereafter perform some other activity and then get back to your study. You will feel relaxed and it will help you to study with fresh mind. 3. Drink water and eat a fruit, a healthy snack, or a light meal, so that you don’t feel distracted by hunger. 5. Avoid any heavy meal before you study because this will make you feel sleepy. 4. Practice daily, concentration exercises might be for a few minutes a day to enhance your focus and remain concentrated.
