If you are working in an area where a LOTO is in effect, you are considered to be an Affected Employee. Make sure you understand the reason for the LOTO and how it might affect you NEVER attempt to operate any equipment that has been locked or tagged. • Other locks and tags may be used for other purposes such as equipment security or configuration management. • RED locks may not be used for any purpose other than LOTO For more information, contact Mark Scott, x4694
