  3. Plan To Move Forward • Setting expectations at the start of the year. • Continuous School Improvement Plan • Professional Growth Plan • Modeling • Sharing Expectations/Following Up.

  4. Plan to Move Forward • Developing plan with ITRT (Instructional Technology Resource Teacher) • Removing Barriers to Instruction. • Develop schedule for ITRT. (e.g. schedule to meet to discuss progress) • Purchase of New Technology (e.g. United Streaming, Clicker System, etc.).

  5. Plan to Move Forward • Staff Development (Formal and Informal) • Faculty Meetings. • Staff Development Days. • Planning/Specials • After School Training.

  6. Plan to Move Forward • ITRT Weekly Reports on Progress (Read and share with ITRT and teachers) • Other Supports • Teacher Recognition - anytime/all the time. • Personal Use of Technology. • Develop communication with ITRT. • Classroom visits

  7. What Went Well? • Increased participation in use of technology. (Imovie, COW, United Streaming, etc.) • Reluctant Teachers using technology. • Improved teacher planning. • Better collaboration between ITRT and teacher. • Integration of technology in instruction (not isolated instruction)
