MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAMME • MIDF emphasises on talent and energy of its employees. • Provides opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a promising career in banking industry. • Developed to nurture future employees of MIDF Group MAP Programme Structure The MAP offers 6 months of external and internal trainings on a fast-track basis. It is tailored to furnish the Management Associates with business knowledge, technical and managerial skills in key business areas, namely: • Investment Banking • Development Finance • Asset Management 4

Requirements • Malaysian Citizen. • For MAP - Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with an average CGPA of 3.25 • For MIP -Undergraduates in any discipline with average CGPA 3.0 • Strong interest in the financial services industry • Hunger / Enthusiasm for knowledge and learning • Confident and Determined • Good communication skills – spoken and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia • Not bonded /attached with the Government and/or any organization. • Benefits • Our Employee Talent Programme offers diverse future career paths besides an attractive remuneration package that is competitive with the industry, namely: • Fixed Monthly Salary • Annual leave • Coverage under the Company’s Medical Scheme • Contribution to EPF and SOCSO 5

Assessment • Upon shortlisting, candidates undergo a 2-part assessment : • English Proficiency Test (IPT) – 20 minutes to complete a write-up on a chosen topic • Interview – assessment on communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 6

  7. IT IS NOT ALL WORK AT MIDF MIDF promotes healthy living and work-life balance. Towards this end, the Company organises regular educational Luncheon talks and holds regular social and sporting activities through an in-house sports club. Besides, the Company also regularly contributes to good community causes such as assisting the less fortunate members of society through its Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
