Ed Paschke • Born 1939 in Chicago • Childhood Likes: Animation and Cartoons • Went to The School of the Art institute of Chicago • Lived in Chicago • Painted based on abstraction and expressionism • Themes: Violence, aggression, and physical incongruity.
Ed Paschke portrait I cropped my picture to cut out some of the background. I would make random boxes going across my picture and change the hue/saturation of the picture. I changed the texture of the picture to Grain and I put a butterfly picture which I cut the white out of it and faded it to be lighter.
Surreal Research Artists: • André Breton • Max Ernst • Salvador Dalí • Pablo Picasso • etc Started in early 1920s in France
Surreal collage I took a picture I took of the outside and placed my self looking back over my shoulder, I added a fish, bear, and turtle in the picture. I used juxtaposition and blended my friends head with a cows body,. I also blended a cows head with a camel's body then used feathering to make it looks like it was natural. I then put a gray foreground to make it look natural.
Cameo: Famous painting I googled a famous painting and then cropped my face out of a picture using the magic wand. I placed my face over the women's face and then used the mask to blend it in. I desaturated it to make it look like it was meant to be.
Cameo: famous movie I got a picture from mean girls, and a picture of myself and cute me out using magic wand then pasted myself into the scene and did a overlaying color to make it look more natural .
