Reflect on the pictures in the book and the presentation I have shown you and write the following essay in English: Answer the following in the form of a brief essay. Freiburg has never had any industry. It has always been a wealthy administrative, education and research center. Do you feel that the British were correct in destroying Freiburg and many of its cultural landmarks during WWII? Why or why not? Introduction: 1) What kind of city Freiburg is and what are some of the things that it offers. 2) What happened to Freiburg during WWII. 3) Do you feel that the British were justified in destroying Freiburg in a bombing raid at the end of WWII? 4) Do you feel that Freiburg mad the correct choice to rebuild as close to historical accuracy as possible?
