In our meetings • Review the guiding principles around straw models. • For example: • How can we best support learning and discovery for the future of U-M? • How can we foster innovation and be an innovative organization? • How can we be most efficient in our operations? • Three draft models reflecting how the 13 functions/areas could be organized • Help decide what parts of the 3 models work best for the new organization • No specific names, departments, or organizational charts
