  2. Vocabulary • 1. Fact- a statement that can be proved true. • 2. Opinion- personal belief that cannot be proven. • 3. Bias- favoritism of one point of view. • 4. Propaganda- half truths and lies intended to create a biased opinion. • 5. Endorse- to support, usually of an election candidate. • 6. Editorial- an opinion written by the editor or publisher of a newspaper magazine. • 7. Op- Ed- an opinion written by a citizen • 8. Media- TV, newspaper, Internet, and Radio
