  3. How Do I Get Access? Banner Finance Access will give you Banner ODS also. Banner workflow will send you an email that will contain directions when your access is granted.

  4. How Do I Get the Software I Need? The Email generated by Workflow will contain a link to a web site and instructions for downloading the ODBC drivers you need.

  5. What data is available? Transaction History General ledger balance data Operating ledger balance data Encumbrance Ledger FRS to Banner crosswalk data

  6. What Reports Are Readily Available? • Cash transactions by Fund, Organization, Program. • All transactions by Fund, Organization, Program for a specific date range. • General Ledger Balances • Operating Ledger Balances

  8. What are the changes in the procedures I currently use? • When choosing a data source select “REPT” where you used to select “DB2” • Enter your Rept user name and password on the ORACLE ODBC Driver Connect window
