Wednesday: 05/12/10 Scholastic Arts (Folk or Medieval) Answer questions “Quiz on Thursday) (Turn in today –Name/Date/Period Do 2 processes in your Design Snectics Packet Paint your papier mache animals (2 coats minimum in the style of your artist) Clean Up No netbook use = Referral for use today! No Bathroom or leaving the room so go before the bell

Thursday, 05/13/10ID check • Scholastic Art Quiz (turn in today – verifies your attendance) • Do 2 more processes in Design Synectics (you should be at # 8 by the end of the period or you will have homework) • Paint (2 coats minimum on papier mache in the stryle of your artist (last day due tomorrow) • Clean up • Review Safety Procedures

  4. Friday 05/14/10 • Progress Report Deadline • Turn in packet (after you finish up to #10 Today) • Papier- mache Animal due • Computer Graphic Animal explained –Bring Charged Netbook Monday

Monday, May 17,2010 • Copy, paste a picture of an inimal into word • Obtain a drawing tool bar (view-toolbars-drawing) • Click on Photo in word (right click-format picture-layout, text behind, ok) • Click to the side of photo • Click autoshapes – liines- scribble • Begin to draw contour line drawing over your photo (trace) • To group line; click on line, hold CTRL, click on other line, right click – grouping – group • Drag photo of original animal to bottom right • Autoshape – stars banner pick a banner – stretch at top right corner • Click on textbos – stretch on banner – type: name, date, period • Drop in p:drive/ or print in library/ turn in by end of day • Should have the following layout Pic drawn Name Date Period Orig pic
