Stop #1: Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church in Paris. Took about 100 years to build.Location of major religious and historical events in France. For example, this is where Napoleon was crowned Emperor.
Stop #2: The Louve One of the world’s largest museums, is the most visited museum in the world, and a historical site. It once served as a royal palace, until Louis XIV moved to the Palace of Versailles. During the French Revolution it permanently became a museum.
Stop #3: Musee d'orsay Originally a railway station that was built in the late 1800s, it is now an art museum. It contains the largest collection of impressionist and post-impressionists artists in the world, including pieces by Delacroix, Millet, Monet, Renoir, and Van Gogh.
Stop #4: Eiffel Tower The tallest building in Paris and the most visited paid monument in the world. It was originally built for the 1889 World’s Fair.
