Next Steps • All unsatisfied goals assessed have findings • Actions to address all findings must be included in the overall QSR Action Plan (AP) • After completing the assessment, the assessed organization will need to include action items in the AP for all findings. The goal is to move the organization (a minimum of) two SEI Levels higher than the level they were assessed at, as follows: • Level 1 to Level 3, Level 2 to Level 4, Level 3 and above to Level 5 • When the Action Plans are submitted to the lead assessors, they will verify and ensure that all findings have associated action items
