  18. GOS Regulations 2008 • All reference records must be complete by mid July 2008 • On 31st July 2008 the migration team will move your practitioners to their nominated list • From 1st August 2008, the Contractor List and Performers List will be active in England

Electronic Links Project • Implementation Process • Contact your store & arrange activation date • Gather following details:- • The store name and address • The store contact name and telephone number • The local code and uniform list number for the store • The PCT code and name in which the store is located • Agreed 'go-live' date
