I want to encourage you to purpose in your heart to do three things: • Purpose in your heart to be here to hear and listen to what God has to say to you on each one of these Deadly D's. • Purpose in your heart to find someone who needs help with any one of these and bring them to church with so we can help them. • Purpose in your heart that with the help of God you will conquer the Deadly D's that plague your life.
2 Timothy 3:1 • This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. (KJV) • You can be certain that in the last days there will be some very hard times. (CEV) • You should also know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. (NLT) • But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. (NIV)
THE CLOSER WE GET TO THE RETURN OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST—THE MORE DIFFICULT TIMES WILL GET.
James 1:2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. It's not a question if you will be tested but when you will be tested.
Dictionary Definition of difficulty: • "something obstructing one's course and demanding effort and endurance if one's end is to be attained

Four difficulties that we have to face THE FIRST TEST OF A REAL BELIEVER • A real believer will follow God's leading without questioning where God is taking him. • Either every step that we take moves us closer to God and His provision for our lives or it moves us away from God and His Provision for us

SENSELESS TRAGEDIES THAT DEVELOP STRONG COMMITMENTS. • We all face things that seem to be a Senseless Tragedy. • Tragedies have a way of bringing us to the end of ourselves and driving us closer to God. • There are a lot of things in the world that does not make sense.
