  4. What Aren’t CCGs Responsible For? • Public health – Derbyshire County Council • Contracting for GPs, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Optician Services – NHS England (NHSE) • Specialised Commissioning – Lincs and Leicestershire NHSE Local Area Team

  5. Collaboration amongst CCGs Lead commissioning roles: • Chesterfield Royal Hospital – ND CCG • Sheffield Hospitals – Hardwick CCG • Derbyshire Community Health Services – ND CCG • Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust – Hardwick CCG • Derbyshire Health United/111 – ND CCG • East Midlands Ambulance Service – Erewash CCG • Voluntary Sector – Erewash CCG All with clinical and patient involvement

  6. CCGs and the voluntary sector • All CCGs have committed to roll over contracts for the coming year • Although there is no inflationary uplift for this year, no cost improvement programmes have been imposed either (as with other providers) • CCGs are developing their commissioning priorities currently and will then be looking at how they can work better with the 3rd Sector to implement their proposals
