The nurse at Fit Camp told Mrs Chan and the other mothers what food to give their children.She said “To get fit again.your children have to eat healthy food every day.You should give them morethan two pieces of fresh fruit a day.They should also eat some meat or fish, and drink one glass of milk every day. They need a lot of water, more than six glasses a day.
Children get fat because they eat too much fried food like fries and onion rings.They shouldn’t eattoo much fried food. Salted food is not good for them either. They should only eat a litter of it.Sweet things like chocolates and ice cream are very bad for children’s teeth and make them fat too.They shouldn’t eat more than one packet of sweets a week.
