  2. Italian food and drink Focaccia Is flat baked Italian bread which maybe topped in herbs or other ingredients . Focaccia is related to Pizza except its fish.

  3. Torrone torrone is a nougat confection, typically made of sugar, and with honey toasted nuts, and usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake. These days it is mostly eaten as a dessert for Christmas in Spain.

  4. prosecco Prosecco is an Italian wind generally a dry sparkling wine made from a variety of white grapeof the same name. The grape is grown mainly in the Veneto region of Italy, traditionally in an area near Conegliano and Valdobbiadene , in the hills north of Treviso.
