  2. In India, civilization started in the most minimal of conditions. They soon grew into cities with the advent of technology, economic growth and prosperity.

  3. However. . .

  4. Not everyone had the benefits of enjoying a luxurious lifestyle and some remote parts of the country are still backwards.

  5. This is where CSR comes into picture. While life in city was a luxury, there were still people living in rural areas who believed in sticking to their roots with minimal living conditions.

  6. The improvement of quality of life and economic well being of these people has to be done with strong CSR in India. Having widely spread roots in organizations abroad, it’s now very common in India as well.
