3. Blogs: • Greece is in a financial rut because there is not enough money to pay off all there debt . The government is taxing way to high. The government needs to ask for help from a different country. There are also too many people without jobs • On Tuesday Greece’s lawmakers decided to rebel against Prime Minister George Papandreou. This caused the government to plunge into chaos, as surprise call for a popular referendum on a new debt deal with Greece’s foreign lenders.

Let’s stand up for ourselves and what we believe in. • The problem in Greece is the government isn’t letting the people have a say on what they want.   • Greece’s Economy is Lame! • Currently Greece is having economic problems due to the fact that the government spends more money on social programs than it can afford. Greece has had a hard time finding outside investors and trade agreements in a slumping economy which means they’re in big trouble. Taxes were too low to sustain spending on services for the people. If Greek citizens do not stop the Greek government, then the government will fail. The government knows that Greece’s people are suffering financially and it isn’t helping the situation because the government keeps putting their self in deeper debt. People in Greece need to try and make a change. They need to talk to the leader of Greece or get a new person to make smart decisions with their money.  Like in the Glorious revolution the parliament got together and made a decision about how they should be treated in the bill of rights . The citizens of Greece need to do the same thing as parliament and lay down the rules.

5.  Greece is currently having money issues which are leading to problems with the government. Greece is begging Europe for assistance so their economy won’t fall apart. People’s jobs are being cut, schools are being shut down. People are having trouble paying bills and other personal things because Greece has no money to give to the people. Citizens are mad at the government because they can’t support the Economy and People anymore.  People are protesting and seeking assistance from Europe. Greece can’t do anything to support their people. Honestly I think Europe should support Greece because if this was rich Europe had Greece’s problem they would want Greece to help. I think the people of Greece should riot.  People in the Glorious revolution were having the same problems.  The King was taxing people for wars, and the people weren’t having that, so they rebelled just like Greece is currently doing now. Can’t you see history keeps repeating itself over and over, so it’s time for a change!  • Greece is finally getting support from the Germany government.  Germany is giving Greece money to support their government and people. With this money they should spend it wisely.  Greece is in debt by $495 billion so hopefully the money Germany is giving Greece will help them get out of dept. and now Greece can support the government and people.
