Old Building vs. New Building Last Renovations in 1971
Why our Community NEEDS a New Building • Better training facilities to meet NFPA standards • All apparatus in one building to meet readiness response time (LVFC response time is less than 3 minutes) • New living facilities (including bathrooms) • New study area for college students • ADA Compliant (Elevator, etc.) • Community center to host neighborhood activities • Upgrade administrative offices • Better facilities will help attract & retain new volunteer recruits
Our goal is $4.0 million • Pledge forms – 3-year timeframe • Naming opportunities in building available
