  2. The RSPO trademark WHO can apply for the trademark? RSPO members that sell palm products sourced in compliance with one or more of three RSPO-certified supply chain systems:- Identity Preserved (‘IP’)- Segregated (‘SG’)- Mass Balance (‘MB’) 2

  3. The RSPO trademark WHO can NOT apply for the trademark? Companies that are not members of the RSPO RSPO members using the Book & Claim supply chain system 3

  4. The RSPO trademark WHEN can members use the trademark? If all palm-derived ingredients(>95%) in the product are covered by RSPO-certification If storage/shipping/manufacturing sites have been RSPO-supply-chain certified If a trademark license has been acquiredfrom the RSPO 4

Only in communication that is directly linked to compliant productsFor example: product packages, product labels, product brochures, product websites Members can notuse the trademark in their corporate communication Non-commercial use requires authorization. 5
